Sr. Mechanical Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi, UA

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise mechanical engineering activities across project phases.
• Review and approve mechanical designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other discipline engineers.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure mechanical works comply with project requirements, codes, and standards.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and other mechanical systems.
• Manage procurement of mechanical materials and equipment.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in the UAE (preferably in [high-rise buildings / infrastructure / marine / oil & gas projects – as relevant]).
• Proven experience with HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other mechanical design software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.
• Available to join immediately (candidates with notice period will not be considered).
