Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• significant experience with mechanical design in building systems, ideally including labs, research, pharmaceutical, or high-tech facilities
• Strong technical expertise across HVAC, utilities, and infrastructure systems
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
