Sr. Mechanical Technician (Genset)

We are hiring for leading engineering and power solutions company in Pakistan, providing diesel generators, solar energy systems, battery storage solutions, turnkey power projects, and after-sales technical support.

Position: Senior Mechanical Technician

Qualification: DAE Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics

Experience: 4–8 years of relevant experience in genset, power generation, or industrial mechanical maintenance, diesel generator servicing, troubleshooting, field operations, customer site service and equipment installation/commissioning.

Salary: 90K -130k

Responsibilities:

• Provide service and customer support during field visits.
• Manage all on-site mechanical repair, maintenance works within the assigned territory and conduct client demonstration when required.
• Diagnose mechanical errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service report.
• Prepare and submit work orders, expense reports and timesheets to the respective departments
• Cooperate with technical team Members and share information with Management
• Evaluate products accurately for maintenance, warranty, upgrades and other purposes.
• Collaborate closely with technical team to resolve technical issues.
• Identify root cause analysis before proceed.
• Understand customer requirements and accordingly recommend the right services.
• Understand technical problems effectively through proper analysis, evaluation and diagnoses.
• Provide technical support to junior staff in case of complex issues.
• Build positive relationships with customers by providing outstanding and excellent services.
• Respond to customer complaints timely and effectively.
• Prepare and distribute maintenance records, warranty contracts, installation report and other service reports to the senior managers.
• Maintain proper Housekeeping of equipments.
• Advising management on continued use of unsuitable equipment, appliances and apparatus.
• Liaison with coordinators for equipments.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per hour
