Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Media Strategy & Planning:


    • Develop data-driven media plans aligned with clients' objectives.


    • Define audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and budget allocation.


  • Campaign Execution & Optimization:


    • Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).


    • Ensure delivery against KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA.


    • Conduct A/B tests to improve campaign performance and ad creatives.


  • Analytics & Reporting:


    • Utilize GA4 for comprehensive campaign tracking and insights.


    • Generate detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations for clients.


  • Stakeholder Collaboration:


    • Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and campaign objectives.


    • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and insights regularly.


Requirements:


  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google and Meta ad campaigns.


  • Proven expertise in media planning, strategy, and execution.


  • Strong proficiency with GA4 for campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting.


  • Familiarity with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.


  • Ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.
