Sr Mern Stack (remote/Part time)

• Develop, optimize, and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Work directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and explain technical solutions.
• Lead development efforts and ensure high-quality coding standards.
• Design and implement scalable backend APIs and microservices.
• Build responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces using React.js.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, DevOps, QA, and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, architecture design, and code reviews.
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of applications.
• Mentor junior developers and support team development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6+ years of hands-on MERN stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and authentication (JWT/OAuth).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and modern development practices.
• Knowledge of TypeScript, Redux, and Next.js is a plus.
