Sr Mern/Full Stack Developer (Mern)

Key Responsibilities

Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js, TypeScript, and frameworks like Next.js .

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement smooth, user-friendly interfaces with attention to detail.

Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js, Express.js , or similar frameworks.

Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and ensure seamless communication across the stack.

Work with PostgreSQL (relational database) and Redis (caching, session management, queues) for efficient data storage, querying, and optimization.

Contribute to and maintain a Dockerized setup for consistent development and deployment workflows.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both frontend and backend.

Optimize performance for web applications across devices and platforms.

Participate in code reviews, technical planning sessions, and architecture decisions.

Requirements

3–5 years of professional experience in full stack development.

Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar frontend libraries.

Solid backend development experience using Node.js and related frameworks.

Experience integrating and developing REST APIs.

Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (schemas, optimization, queries) and Redis (caching, pub/sub, session handling).

Experience working with Docker for containerized application development.

Proficiency with Git, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on writing clean and maintainable code.
