Sr .Net Developer (Hybrid)

e are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Lead .NET Developer to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET technologies, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to design and deliver scalable, high-performance software solutions. You will guide a team of developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Define coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Manage software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in .NET, cloud, and modern development practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET technologies.
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ.
• Experience with front-end technologies (Angular/React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Proficiency in SQL Server, stored procedures, and database optimization.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and microservices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Exposure to AI/ML integration with .NET applications (plus point).
• Strong project management and client communication skill
