Sr. Officer Compliance

Role Overview The Senior Officer – Legal will oversee legal compliance, regulatory liaisoning, and contractual matters related to airport ground handling operations while being based at the Jaipur corporate office. The role requires regular travel to airport project locations and coordination with aviation authorities to ensure statutory compliance, operational approvals, and smooth regulatory communication. Key Responsibilities ● Liaison and coordination with aviation regulatory authorities including AERA, AAI, DGCA, BCAS, and other airport-related bodies. ● Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for ground handling operations across airport locations. ● Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, concessions, licenses, and operational documents. ● Manage documentation for airport approvals, operational certifications, and security clearances. ● Provide legal support during audits, inspections, and regulatory filings. ● Coordinate with airport operators, consultants, government authorities, and internal stakeholders. ● Track regulatory changes and advise management on legal implications. ● Support dispute resolution, claims management, and compliance risk mitigation. ● Maintain documentation records, compliance trackers, and approval status reports. ● Travel to airport sites for coordination, inspections, authority meetings, and compliance activities. Required Qualifications & Experience ● LLB / LLM or equivalent legal qualification. ● Minimum 5+ years experience in aviation legal compliance, airport operations, or ground handling sector. ● Strong knowledge of aviation regulatory frameworks and compliance processes. ● Experience coordinating with aviation authorities and airport operators. ● Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills & Attributes ● Exposure to airport concessions, commercial agreements, or aviation infrastructure projects. ● Strong regulatory liasioning experience in aviation sector. ● Willingness and flexibility for travel across airport project locations. ● Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹960,000.00 per year
