Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Senior HR Officer to manage HR operations along with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in employee handling, documentation, compliance, and day-to-day office administration.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations:

  • Manage end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain and update HR records, attendance, and payroll-related data.
  • Support recruitment activities including screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-up.
  • Address employee queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with performance management and appraisal cycles.
  • Conduct training coordination and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and ensure confidentiality of information.

Administration:

  • Oversee general office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, and facility maintenance tasks.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and administrative support for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of HR operations and office administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional attitude and ability to handle sensitive information.
