Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Senior HR Officer to manage HR operations along with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in employee handling, documentation, compliance, and day-to-day office administration.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations:
- Manage end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update HR records, attendance, and payroll-related data.
- Support recruitment activities including screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-up.
- Address employee queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with performance management and appraisal cycles.
- Conduct training coordination and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports and ensure confidentiality of information.
Administration:
- Oversee general office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and facility maintenance tasks.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and administrative support for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of HR operations and office administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional attitude and ability to handle sensitive information.
