Job Title: Senior Operation Manager – Logistics

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Operation Manager – Logistics to lead and manage the operations of our fleet consisting of 500–600 vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth fleet operations, optimizing resource utilization, maintaining service standards, and implementing process improvements to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of a large fleet (500–600 vehicles), ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet utilization, reduce downtime, and optimize operating costs.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operation staff, drivers, supervisors, and technicians.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on fleet utilization, service delivery, and cost optimization.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and improve customer satisfaction.
- Implement technology and automation tools to improve tracking, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Handle crisis management, accident reporting, and emergency repairs in a proactive manner.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, cost-efficiency, and safety.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and operational plans aligned with company objectives.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in fleet management/logistics operations, with at least 3–5 years in a senior management role handling large-scale fleet operations (500+ vehicles).
- Strong knowledge of transport regulations, vehicle maintenance, and operational budgeting.
- Experience in handling multi-location operations and vendor management.
- Proficiency in fleet management systems, route optimization software, and reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications (50K TO 65K)
