Job Title: Sr. Operation Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of service quality and satisfaction. Periodic meet with them to address both parties' issues and possibilities of overcoming operational challenges.
- Oversee fleet management to maintain vehicle availability, utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor rider and team attendance, shift adherence, punctuality, and discipline. Making it sure all the punch-ins and Outs has been marked on Evify apps.
- Ensure effective time management and seamless execution of daily operations through Evify App.
- Assign and oversee tasks and responsibilities across city teams, including Operations, Fleet, and Recruitment.
- Review daily reports from teams and ensure accountability for performance and deliverables.
- Drive operational performance and ensure achievement of defined targets within stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate with clients and riders, addressing grievances promptly and effectively.
- Maintain existing client and rider relationships while working on expansion and growth opportunities.
- Record, organize, and maintain all operational and performance-related data.
- Conduct training sessions for both team members and riders to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Oversee day-to-day cross-functional activities at the hub and city level.
- Collaborate with Operations Executives to ensure accurate and error-free rider payout processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to all operational processes, policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor hub-level KPIs such as productivity, turnaround time (TAT), cost per delivery, and rider efficiency.
- Coordinate with the tech/support team to resolve rider app, device, or vehicle-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and statutory regulations at all hubs.
- Optimize route planning and cluster allocation for maximum delivery efficiency.
- Maintain discipline, hygiene, and housekeeping standards at the hub premises.
- Plan and execute periodic audits of rider documentation, fleet condition, and hub operations.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of riders to meet capacity requirements during scale-ups.
- Establish contingency plans to handle peak-load scenarios, breakdowns, or rider absenteeism.
Ensure timely resolution of any city-specific matters (insurance, licenses, logistics issues).
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate/MBA preferred with 6–10 years of experience in operations/logistics/supply chain. Candidate must have at least 4yrs of last mile experience. Preferred industry will be Quick commerce, Ecommerce
Proven leadership ability in managing large teams.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on knowledge of fleet, logistics, and city-level operations

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
