Role Overview:

Supports day-to-day operations by managing trackers, reports, and documentation, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth workflow execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain operational trackers, MIS reports, and documentation.
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, and data analyses.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication.
  • Assist in streamlining workflows and improving processes.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and operational SLAs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Operations/Coordination roles.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 with strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and operate in the US EST schedule .
