Sr. Operations Engineer

Key Accountabilities

• Review the contract SOW and define the projects boundary and service within your scope and within other service providers scope to mitigate any disputes
• Attend the meeting with the clients and other stakeholder and document all agreements and monitor the implementation by the project’s team
• Review the subcons. SOW & boundaries define the space for future improvement
• Review the periodic meetings and take necessary action for closing open points with concerned department
• support wining additional works and above threshold spare parts by submitting competitive proposals on time to the client , review all proposal and confirm the technical scope without delays , alternatives and inhouse solution
• Strong Experience of preventive maintenance , corrective maintenance , predictive maintenance and support implementation of best practices and SOPs
• Ensure that all actions related to subcontractors to comply with airport compliances are completed on time, while continuously monitoring progress to maintain accountability and operational efficiency.(list of key persons & key equipment to be prepared and monitored effectively)
• support spares , material , consumables within Enova SOW are available 24/7 within site store or easily manage on demand spare without any operational impact or maintenance delay
• Support accurate CAFM data and knowledge sharing to maintain operational continuity, including monitoring and support reflecting timely task execution through MAXIMO tracking to show real efficiency of the team and improvement from month to another
• Manage & implement business continuity plan for the facility management works at aerodrome project comply with airport standards such as ICAO , GACA , ..etc
• Conduct detailed Audit & assessments of operation & maintenance activities to maintain optimal performance.
• Implement accurate & quality delegation from time to time to keep the key team involved and ready to cover the tasks within your department & to share the knowledge between the team in order to reach stable qualified team , ensure accurate & quality delegation of your duties to your replacement to keep smooth operation without any impact , escalation , delays ..etc
• ensure proper delegation implemented within your team before any leave or hand-over phase and to be confirmed from your side with back-up Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing project’s risks based on performance data, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Coordinate with airport safety and security teams to ensure integration and compliance with overall airport safety protocols.
• Ensure on-time submission of all required reports (internal & external reports) —including daily , weekly , monthly reports , incident reports, technical reports, and action plans , Enova reports , Enova KPIs , goals ..etc
• Proactively monitoring & control uploading copies of all operational report within your department by team and document controller to avoid missing any data.

Expert in Health, Safety, Energy and Quality, (HSEQ) policy, procedures necessary for the good conduct and safety of the workplace. It is a requirement and moral obligation of each employee to be actively committed and accountable to the compliance of Enova’s HSEQ policy, operating procedures, as well as being compliant to local legislation. The Employee shall seek clarification and guidance in specific cases or whenever one feels necessary.

Customer Relations:

Develop a pro-active working relationship with all authorities and assist in establishing areas for service improvement.

Qualifications, Experiences, Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in safety Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-8+ years’ experience in the relevant field.
• Interface Management of airport industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Facility Management industry.
• Strong project management skills for overseeing total facilities management.
• Ability to conduct detailed system assessments and implement corrective measures.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities for guiding engineering staff.
• Proficiency in evaluating and recommending system improvements based on performance data.
• Strong coordination skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
