Sr. Pattern Design Associate

Role Objective:
Design patterns for night wears and nighty fabrics using CAD software, leveraging strong fabric knowledge to produce original, production-ready textile designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop unique patterns for nightwear and nighty fabrics using leading CAD platforms (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, NedGraphics).
• Collaborate with design, product development, and production teams to ensure patterns are aesthetically appealing and feasible for manufacturing.
• Analyze market trends and incorporate new ideas for competitive, stylish designs.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications tailored to different fabric types.
• Maintain design databases and documentation; resolve design queries with production and merchandising teams.
• Stay informed on textile materials, printing technologies, and design innovations within the industry.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related discipline.
• 5+ years' proven CAD textile design experience.
• Sound knowledge of fabrics and construction in the context of nightwear.
• Demonstrated proficiency in CAD design software and technical drawing.
• Age limit: up to 35 years.
• No gender preference.
• Prefer candidates based in or near Erode district.
