Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist

mazeed is a financial management platform that helps businesses automate accounting, simplify tax compliance, and stay ready for e-invoicing through a combination of localized software (SaaS) and Finance-as-a-Service (FaaS). We work with SMEs and growing companies across the GCC, enabling them to operate with clarity, control, and confidence.

We are building the infrastructure for the next phase of financial compliance and digital transformation in the region, with a strong focus on e-invoicing and scalable financial operations

Job Purpose

Your role owns and scales mazeed's paid acquisition engine across all digital channels. You will be the go-to expert for data-driven campaigns, full-funnel optimization, and CRM-powered growth. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role reporting directly to the Performance and Growth Marketing Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

Paid Media & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and programmatic networks

  • Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle: strategy, targeting, creatives briefing, bid management, and reporting

  • Drive user acquisition, retention and revenue growth through scalable paid channels

  • Manage substantial monthly ad budgets with a sharp focus on ROAS, CAC, and LTV

HubSpot & CRM Marketing

  • Build and manage automated marketing workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot

  • Align CRM data with paid media audiences for retargeting, suppression, and lookalike strategies

  • Own HubSpot dashboards and reporting pipelines for campaign performance visibility

Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking, attribution models, and pixel health across all platforms

  • Build performance dashboards in Google Looker Studio, HubSpot, or similar tools

  • Run structured A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies

  • Translate data insights into clear, actionable growth recommendations for stakeholders

Growth & SaaS-Specific Initiatives

  • Design full-funnel strategies tailored to SaaS and fintech growth loops (acquisition activation retention referral)

  • Collaborate with product, design, sales and CX teams to align performance efforts with product-led growth motions

  • Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, privacy updates (iOS, cookieless), and emerging ad formats

  • Identify and test new growth channels proactively

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a SaaS or tech company

  • Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, App, YouTube)

  • Deep, hands-on CRM experience (ideally, HubSpot)

  • Experience managing Meta ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and programmatic/DSP platforms

  • Strong command of tracking and analytics: GA4, Mixpanel, Adjust, GTM

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and scale ad budgets

  • Solid understanding of SaaS metrics: MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, payback period

Technical Skills

  • HubSpot: Workflows, Smart Content, Sequences, Reporting, CRM integration

  • Google Ads: Performance Max, Smart Bidding, audience segmentation, scripts

  • Attribution: Multi-touch modeling, SKAdNetwork, view-through attribution

  • Data: SQL basics, Excel/Google Sheets for analysis, Looker Studio or Tableau

  • Excellent communicator able to present complex performance data to non-technical stakeholders

Desireable Skills and Qualifications

  • HubSpot Marketing Hub certification is a strong plus

  • MQL Volume: Monthly qualified leads generated through performance channels
  • CPL (Cost Per Lead): Efficiency of paid spend in generating qualified leads
  • CAC Reduction: Quarter-on-quarter improvement in customer acquisition cost
  • Conversion Rate: MQL to SQL and SQL to customer conversion rates
