Location: Sharjah

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage MEP baseline program in Primavera P6 aligned with WBS/CBS and milestones.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, sequence plans, logic ties, and monitor critical paths.
• Generate S-curves, manpower histograms, cash flow, and risk registers.
• Track long-lead items (transformers, chillers, generators, switchgear, etc.) and align with site execution.
• Monitor progress using EVM, site inspections, dashboards; issue weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Assess schedule impacts of variations, RFIs, and design changes.
• Develop and monitor procurement schedules; coordinate logistics and just-in-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 8–12+ years in MEP planning/scheduling (4+ years GCC).
• Advanced expertise in Primavera P6.
