Sr. Planning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Engineer with proven experience in high-rise building projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project programs, ensuring timely execution, and coordinating with project teams to achieve project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and baseline programs using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Identify and analyze schedule deviations, delays, and propose recovery plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Evaluate and submit Extension of Time (EOT) claims with proper documentation.
• Attend progress meetings and present schedule updates.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and timelines.
• Support cost control and resource planning activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience, with strong exposure to high-rise building construction.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and project controls.
• Experience preparing EOT claims, delay analysis, and progress reporting.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• GCC experience is an advantage (if applicable).
