SR. PLANNING ENGINEER

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 8–12 years of experience in planning/scheduling, primarily in [construction / consultant . At least 3 years in a senior role.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert in Primavera P6 Professional and MS Project. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, power query). Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Methodologies: Deep understanding of CPM, PERT, EVM, resource/cost loading, and delay analysis techniques (as-planned vs. as-built, time impact analysis).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication (written and verbal) to present complex schedule data to non-technical stakeholders. Critical thinking and problem-solving under pressure.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field
