Sr. Planning Engineer

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Roads & Infrastructure Sr. Projects Planning Engineer to join our team.

Location: Dubai

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of various road and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for road and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and identify potential risks and challenges.
• Develop engineering designs and drawings for road and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare project proposals, reports, and presentations for clients and management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to plans to ensure successful completion.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, including field engineers and technicians.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, progress reports, and change orders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in road and infrastructure projects planning and execution.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
• Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards related to road and infrastructure projects.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
