Sr. Planning Engineer - Infra

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer – Infrastructure to join our contracting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project controls for infrastructure works including roads, drainage, utilities, and earthworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain baseline and detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and resource-loaded programs
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors regarding project timelines
• Analyze delays and assist in preparation of EOT claims and delay reports
• Track project performance against approved schedules and milestones
• Support tender planning and project execution strategies
• Ensure proper project controls and reporting procedures are implemented

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 8–12+ years UAE/GCC experience in infrastructure planning and project controls
• Strong background in roads, drainage, utilities, and earthworks projects
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills
• Experience with main contracting companies preferred

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
