Senior Civil Planning Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Planning Engineer with a strong background in UAE villa and high-rise construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting, and coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Prepare baseline programs, recovery plans, and resource-loaded schedules.
• Track project progress and analyze delays, risks, and critical activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor productivity, manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
• Support tender planning, budgeting, and project controls activities.
• Ensure compliance with project milestones, contractual requirements, and client expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8–12+ years of planning experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Proven experience in villa developments and high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and project control methodologies.
• Familiarity with UAE construction practices, authority requirements, and project reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification is an advantage.
• Experience working with leading UAE contractors and consultants.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
