Amazon Smarthub, a SaaS solution under SmartCommerce, enables sellers to fulfill orders on multiple marketplaces and DTC websites from one panel, exchange data on listings, orders, payments, returns, inventory, reports, and more between their fulfillment system and online channels. Fulfillment solution along with API integration enables higher levels of selling automation, which helps sellers grow their business.

SmartHub is looking for a strong Sr. Product Manager to drive SX and launch best-in class solutions to our customers, worldwide. In this role, you will partner with dedicated Engineering and User Experience (UX) teams to both execute continuous feature improvement and drive the long term vision through development of vision documents (PRFAQs), definition of business requirements, launch and post launch measurement. You will also own engagement with external development partner teams, working to align interests and implement scalable solutions.

The successful candidate will be a self starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The right candidate will possess a strong product management background, will have demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig into technical aspects and get the job done.

As a Sr. PM, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, perform detailed data analyses, and influence the engineering decisions. An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Create product strategy and roadmaps for IN and other countries planned for launch
• Deep dive customer needs and pain points and identify right solutions.
• Gather Business Requirements and partner with Technology Teams, both internal and external to deliver customer solutions
• Partner with customer and stakeholders to simplify policies through standardization.
• Own the post launch maintenance and performance tracking of products launched; create scorecards related to the product areas owned.
• Own team level business review documents; vision documents (PRFAQs) and Business requirement documents (BRD)
• Collaborate with cross platform products for integrations and identifying dependencies.
• Partnering with software development, design and key partner teams to deliver on product vision and roadmap.
• Establishing goals and reviewing metrics to identify opportunities and deliver success.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience with feature delivery and trade offs of a product
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
