Job Description- Sr. Power Platform Developer – Power Platform Governance

Your skills and experience

Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
Deep understanding of platform architecture, connectors, licensing, and security models.
Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft 365 administration.
Familiarity with Azure services, especially Azure Active Directory and Azure Monitor.
Experience in implementing DLP policies, environment strategies, and role-based access controls.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiarity with Investment Banking operations, such as workflow automation, client onboarding, or compliance
Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to work independently and in teams Day-to-day reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

5–8 years of experience in application development, with 3+ years of focused experience on Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience working in large enterprise environments.
Knowledge of governance tools like CoE Starter Kit, Power Platform Admin Center.
Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile practices
Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-600, PL-400, SC-900) are a plus.
Experience working with global financial clients or within the BFSI domain
