Sr. Process Safety Design (HSE) Engineer

• Main Responsibilities:

• Process Safety Deliverables like Hazardous Area Classification, F&G layout, Escape Route layout etc

• Design of active & passive firefighting system for hydrocarbon plants

• Experienced in different safety studies like HAZOP, HAZID, SIL Study, QRA etc

• Experience with softwares like AFT Fathom, Pipenet, Flaresim, PHAST etc.

• Conversant with International codes & standards (NFPA, API, ASME, IEC, OSHA)

• Experience : 10+ years of relevant process safety design experience in industrial projects (preferably oil & gas, refining, chemicals, Energy Transition).

• Qualification : Bachelor//'s degree in chemical engineering or similar

• Software Tools Experience:

It is desirable that the candidate has Experience with modeling tools such as:

• PHAST (by DNV)

• Fathom (by AFT)

• Pipenet (by Sunrise)

• Flaresim (by SLB)AutoCAD for layout markups

• Office Suite (Excel, Word) – advanced level

Use of other software such as SoundPlan, Flaresim, Hyram, etc. would be an added value
