Role Summary:

We are seeking a Procurement & Vendor Management professional to manage end-to-end vendor sourcing, onboarding, negotiation, and performance management across PAN India. The role requires handling multiple vendor categories essential for experiential installations, mall décor, gamification setups, and events.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring quality execution, cost efficiency, and timely delivery across projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage PAN-India vendor database across all categories
• Source, onboard, and negotiate with vendors
• Handle procurement, RFQs, rate cards, BOQs & POs
• Manage all vendor categories: fabrication, décor, events, gamification, printing, AV, lighting, logistics & manpower
• Coordinate with design & production teams for smooth execution
• Ensure quality, timelines, and cost optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in Procurement / Vendor Management
• Mandatory experience handling PAN-India vendors in Event Management
• Background in events, experiential, retail or mall décor preferred
• Strong negotiation & coordination skill

Location: Kalyan nagar, HRBR Layout, Bangalore

Timings : Mon - Sat (Sat will be Work form Home) 10 am - 7 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
