Sr Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our mobile app platform in the diagnostics and healthcare space. If you’ve built and scaled large consumer apps and have a knack for third-party integrations, data-driven decision making, and user engagement, this role offers you the opportunity to apply your expertise to a purpose-driven industry that directly impacts millions of lives.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements analysis.
• Participate in product vision and roadmap strategy.
• Define and own the mobile app roadmap, ensuring alignment with business growth and patient experience goals.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management — ideation, development, launch, and iteration.
• Identify and implement third-party integrations (payments, teleconsultation etc.) to enhance app functionality.
• Drive data-driven improvements by tracking KPIs such as MAU/DAU, engagement, retention, NPS, conversion, and revenue contribution.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver seamless, intuitive, and engaging mobile journeys.
• Benchmark against leading consumer apps to bring best practices into healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field of study
• 5+ years' experience in product management
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Slack
