6) Job Description :

Education : BE / Diploma (Mechanical Engineering)

• Managing entire production department & production operations
• Daily production planning, execution & monitoring
• Maintain production quality as per company standards
• Achieve production targets within defined timelines
• Coordinate with Quality, Design & Store team
• Prepare production reports, records & documentation
• Manpower handling & ensuring discipline on shop floor
• Ensure safety, 5S, and continuous improvement in production area

Required Skills:

• Leadership & Team Management
• Problem solving & decision making
• Knowledge of Pumps / Valves manufacturing processes
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Computer Proficiency (Excel / ERP preferred)
