Sr. Production Planning Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform root cause analyses of fault in PCB & discuss with R&D team for any rectification in hardware or software.

• Maintain the product quality with proper follow up of QC procedure
• Manpower handler including task follow up
• Daily basis product planning as per sales order
• Train & develop next line of supervisor for product line, management
• Follow product specifications and quality control measures
• Determine ad train the technician for which machines, tools, equipment, etc. will be used and where they will be stationed in the facility
• Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently
• Able to work with under pressure in coordination with sales & product development team
• Good Accuracy and Efficiency, maintaining discipline in production department
