The Senior Program Manager (PM) is responsible and accountable for the overall performance of a large, complex, multi‑site modernization program. This role oversees cost, schedule, technical compliance, and alignment with all contract and task order requirements. The PM provides leadership and direction for contractor personnel across multiple geographically dispersed sites, ensuring coordinated execution, integration, and modernization activities.
The PM will manage multiple concurrent projects across several sites, maintaining visibility and control through resource‑aware, dependency‑driven planning. This includes supervising ongoing technical efforts, assigning work, overseeing execution, and ensuring successful delivery of modernization initiatives across the program.
The PM leads stakeholder engagement at all levels, providing proactive communication, reporting, issue resolution, and strategic program guidance. This role is accountable for overall program quality, efficiency, and profitability, including technical performance and business operations. The PM has full decision‑making authority on behalf of the contractor’s organization regarding Government concerns, risks, and emerging constraints, and is expected to identify and communicate potential programmatic or resource-related issues early.

The likely salary range for this position is $147,292 - $199,278. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
