There are millions of small and medium businesses across international stores such as India, LatAm, Europe, Middle East, Japan etc. who sign up as sellers on Amazon. The Seller AI team within International Seller Services organization is focused on helping sellers with the right set of Gen-AI/LLM powered tools and agentic solutions that can enable them to accelerate business growth on Amazon.

This role is responsible for driving a roadmap for some of the most critical AI and Agentic experiences and enablers to help new and tenured sellers succeed and grow their business across international stores.

Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Program Manager, you will be expected to lead program aspects for the most impactful Gen-AI/LLM based experiences for our selling partners. This will need you to understand pain points of various types of sellers, prioritize business needs that could be different across countries, while coming up with well thought out execution plan as well as have a good command on latest advancements in AI technology (e.g. Generative AI, Large Language Models, etc). You will anchor programs that run across several product, ML and tech functions as well as international stores demonstrating business impact across several international countries.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Proven track record of customer obsession.
  • Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically.
  • Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results.
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with complex, muti-country, large scale tech and AI systems.
