Sr. Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of Villa/Maintenance/renovation/high-rise construction projects
• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
• Liaise with Dubai authorities for permits, approvals, and compliance
• Control project budget, costs, and cash flow
• Track progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones
• Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and QA/QC procedures
• Review technical drawings
• Familiar with the DM, DDA, Trakhees portals
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field
• 5+ years of experience in high-rise building/Villa construction in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations and approval processes
• Experience with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
