Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer specializing in Aluminum and Façade systems to lead end-to-end project delivery — from planning and execution to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical knowledge of aluminum and glazing works, strong leadership capabilities, and proven experience managing large-scale façade projects within the UAE or GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution

• Lead the entire project lifecycle from initiation to handover, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring seamless project execution.

Leadership & Team Management

• Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a high-performance culture across project teams.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring continuous communication, issue resolution, and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers to support project success.

Budget & Cost Control

• Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial discipline.
• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality or timelines.

Risk Management

• Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timely decision-making to prevent delays or cost overruns.

Site Management & Coordination

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate activities among subcontractors, site engineers, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure all work meets technical specifications and client expectations.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

Contractor & Supplier Management

• Oversee procurement processes, including material sourcing, vendor evaluation, and delivery tracking.
• Ensure timely availability of high-quality materials as per project schedules.

Progress Reporting

• Prepare and present periodic progress reports to management and clients, highlighting milestones, challenges, and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Health & Safety Compliance

• Enforce compliance with HSE regulations and company safety standards.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability across all project teams.

Qualifications & Skills:Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree or PMP certification preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in the Aluminum & Façade industry.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale façade or glazing projects.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Valid UAE Driving License (required).
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Technical & Professional Skills:

• Strong understanding of aluminum and glazing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design/project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED11,500.00 per month
