We’re on the lookout for Sr. Project Managers / Project Managers who can take full ownership of interior fit-out projects from concept to handover, ensuring seamless execution, timely delivery, and client satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that cover resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control—ensuring every project stays on track and within scope.
• Liaise with relevant authorities and free zone bodies to secure all project approvals from start to finish. (Experience handling authority paperwork is a strong advantage.)
• Coordinate with building management to clarify site-specific requirements such as fit-out rules, work restrictions, and payment procedures.
• Conduct site surveys with the MEP team to assess upcoming project needs and constraints.
• Prepare civil methodology programs, RFI submittals, project reports, and meeting agendas.
• Identify and manage reliable subcontractors and skilled tradesmen while leading junior team members and ensuring daily objectives are met.
• Maintain HSE compliance, coordinate authority spot checks, and ensure all site activities align with project-specific safety requirements.
• Create and maintain project schedules requested by clients; proactively highlight risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with all internal teams and lead weekly project meetings with clear reporting.
• Communicate project progress to the accounts team for timely billing in accordance with contract terms.

Requirements:

• Sr. Project Manager -Minimum 6 - 10 years of proven interior fit-out execution experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Project Manager - Minimum 4 years of interior fit-out execution experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to work in Abu Dhabi.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
