Sr. Project Manager - Real Estate Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to oversee real estate development projects from planning through to final handover. The ideal candidate will have strong construction management experience, excellent coordination skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and handover.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, ensure adherence to designs, and maintain construction standards.
• Develop detailed project schedules, timelines, and budgets in coordination with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with government authorities (e.g., DDA, Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, RERA etc) for approvals, permits, NOCs, and inspections.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and approve technical drawings, permits, and other project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and provide timely reports to senior management.
• Identify project risks, resolve issues, and implement contingency plans when necessary.
• Participate in tendering processes, including technical evaluations and contract finalization.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards on-site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, Dubai authority regulations, and project approval procedures.
• Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Experience with G+4 or taller buildings in Dubai.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
• Valid UAE driving license.
