Leads project planning, integrated schedule control, critical path analysis, progress monitoring, risk updates, and management reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead planning, scheduling, and project controls activities.

Review and approve contractor schedules, WBS, progress measurement systems, and planning procedures.

Conduct critical path analysis and report schedule risks to management.

Monitor engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning progress.

Prepare senior management reports, presentations, dashboards, and corrective action plans.

Coordinate planning interfaces between EPC contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
Requirements

BSc in Engineering or equivalent.

Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and PMP Certification are mandatory.

Minimum
20 years of experience
in oil & gas / petrochemical projects.

Minimum
10 years of experience
in senior planning roles on large-scale EPC projects.

Strong knowledge of project controls, schedule integration, progress measurement, EPC planning, risk analysis, and management reporting.

Fluent in English and proficient in planning software.
