Sr. Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Sr. NVD Executive to identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to support procurement, product sourcing, and business expansion. The role includes vendor scouting, market research, documentation handling, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to create a strong and reliable vendor network.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential vendors through market and product research.
• Collect quotations, compare pricing, negotiate terms, and prepare vendor comparison sheets.
• Manage documentation including MAF, certifications, vendor KYC, and catalogues.
• Support vendor onboarding, approvals, and ERP entries.
• Work with Purchase, Finance, Logistics, and Operations for vendor finalization and tracking performance.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–3 years experience in procurement/vendor development/purchase.
• Strong skills in negotiation, documentation, research, and Excel.
• Experience with OEMs, B2B vendors, or tender-based sourcing preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
