Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy aligned with the company’s project goals and budgetary constraints.
  • Identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, quality standards, and reliability.
  • Ensure alignment of sourcing activities with project timelines and design specifications.
  • Supplier and Vendor Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
  • Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and value for the company.
  • Contract Management:
  • Lead the negotiation, drafting, and management of supplier contracts.
  • Ensure that all contracts meet legal and company requirements, and are executed in a timely manner.
  • Monitor contract performance and manage any disputes or issues that arise.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the project management and design teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Coordinate the delivery of materials and services to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans.
  • Cost Control and Budgeting:
  • Develop and manage the procurement budget for each project.
  • Track and report on procurement expenditures, ensuring cost control measures are in place.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure all sourced materials and services meet the required quality standards and specifications.
  • Work closely with the quality assurance team to conduct inspections and resolve any quality issues.
  • Compliance and Sustainability:
  • Ensure all sourcing activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Promote sustainable sourcing practices, considering environmental impact and social responsibility.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in procurement, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the interior design, construction, or architecture industry.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes used in interior design projects.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
  • Understanding of sustainable and ethical procurement practices is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
