Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Sourcing Strategy Development:</li><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy aligned with the company&rsquo;s project goals and budgetary constraints.</li><li>Identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, quality standards, and reliability.</li><li>Ensure alignment of sourcing activities with project timelines and design specifications.</li><li>Supplier and Vendor Management:</li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.</li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.</li><li>Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and value for the company.</li><li>Contract Management:</li><li>Lead the negotiation, drafting, and management of supplier contracts.</li><li>Ensure that all contracts meet legal and company requirements, and are executed in a timely manner.</li><li>Monitor contract performance and manage any disputes or issues that arise.</li><li>Project Coordination:</li><li>Collaborate with the project management and design teams to understand project requirements and timelines.</li><li>Coordinate the delivery of materials and services to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.</li><li>Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans.</li><li>Cost Control and Budgeting:</li><li>Develop and manage the procurement budget for each project.</li><li>Track and report on procurement expenditures, ensuring cost control measures are in place.</li><li>Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality.</li><li>Quality Assurance:</li><li>Ensure all sourced materials and services meet the required quality standards and specifications.</li><li>Work closely with the quality assurance team to conduct inspections and resolve any quality issues.</li><li>Compliance and Sustainability:</li><li>Ensure all sourcing activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.</li><li>Promote sustainable sourcing practices, considering environmental impact and social responsibility.</li></ul>Required Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>8+ years of experience in procurement, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the interior design, construction, or architecture industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes used in interior design projects.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.</li><li>Understanding of sustainable and ethical procurement practices is a plus.</li></ul>Location: ThaneJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;1,800,000.00 - &#8377;2,400,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
