Job Title: Sr. Designer

Responsibilities:

· Site study & design brief development

· Space planning in compliance with statutory norms/building codes (incl. Design analysis, area statements, block/stack diagrams)

· Scheme design development (incl. Material charts/mood boards / 3d visuals), co-ordination & integration of MES schematics, budgetary estimates

· Detail design development, GFC / co-ordinated drawings

· Tender documentation (incl. GCC / SCC, tender drawings, specifications, list of makes, BOQ, schedule of finishes, etc.)

· Procurement event schedule, resolution of tender queries, review of technical/commercial bids & recommendations

· Periodic site progress review, design co-ordination, validation of variation claims, review/approval of vendor submittals, response to RFI's, assess design compliance, witness testing & commissioning

· Identification of snag-list & de-sagging, certification of project handover documents

Required candidate profile:

• Hand Sketching Skills and lead / Well Accreditation will be a plus.
• Interior Design / Interior Architecture from a reputed Institute.
• Proven experience in commercial office Fit-out design (for Consultancy / Design+Build projects)
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
• Experience with AUTOCAD and SKETCHUP is necessary.

Qualification: B. ARCH. / G. D. ARCH

Experience: 5+ years’ experience in commercial office Fit-out design

Salary: Rs. 6-9 LPA

· Leadership & Management

Lead and manage the MEP design team, ensuring design excellence, quality, and timely delivery.

Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into project designs.

Mentor and train junior engineers and designers within the team.

· Design & Technical Oversight

Review and approve detailed MEP designs including HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire safety, plumbing, and low voltage systems.

Ensure all designs comply with local codes, standards, and client specifications.

Implement sustainable and energy-efficient MEP solutions.

· Project Coordination

Coordinate with site execution teams, consultants, and vendors for smooth implementation.

Participate in client meetings, design presentations, and value engineering discussions.

Resolve technical issues during the design and execution phases.

· Documentation & Quality Control

Oversee preparation of drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and shop drawings.

Conduct quality checks and audits of MEP deliverables.

Maintain documentation as per company standards.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
