About the Role

Cybologics Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Scientist to join our Product & Technology team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models in production environments, with a strong focus on Python, PostgreSQL, and data-driven problem-solving. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with text and image data, building robust data pipelines, and bringing AI solutions to life on the cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML/DL models using Python and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Work extensively with text and image data for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Build scalable data pipelines and integrate models into production systems.
• Manage and optimize cloud-based ML workflows for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with DevOps to configure and maintain production-ready environments.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and visualization to support both development and business needs.
• Ensure reproducibility and versioning of experiments, datasets, and models.
• Collaborate with product teams using JIRA and Git for planning and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• Proven expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong hands-on experience in training and deploying ML/DL models into production.
• Proficiency with AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda, SageMaker) and GCP (BigQuery, Colab, Vision AI).
• Solid understanding of data wrangling, cleaning, and analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices.
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes for containerizing and scaling ML models.
• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance when handling sensitive data.
