Sr. Python Developer

About the Opportunity:

Looking for experienced Backend Python Developers who can build scalable systems, own what they ship, and love solving complex engineering problems for consumer‑facing products.

What You’ll Do :

• Build scalable, loosely coupled services to extend and strengthen our platform.
• Develop bulletproof API integrations with third‑party systems for multiple business use cases.
• Evolve our infrastructure and help add more “nines” of availability to our systems.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of your code – from design and tech choices to deployment and operations on AWS.
• Contribute to the open‑source community via code, tools, or blog posts.
• Work in a fast‑moving startup environment where priorities can change as we experiment and improve the product.

**Must‑Have Requirements: **

• 3+ years of hands‑on development experience.
• Prior experience building and scaling consumer‑facing web/app products.
• Strong expertise in Python and backend development for web/app‑based products.
• Experience in at least one Python framework: Sanic, Django, Flask, Falcon, web2py, Twisted, Tornado.
• Working knowledge of databases: MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Aerospike.
• Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Operating Systems.
• Hands‑on experience with core AWS services – EC2, ELB, Auto Scaling, CloudFront, S3, ElastiCache (or similar).
• Understanding of Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Solr / Elasticsearch or similar search technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
