Provide support for Changes, projects and Production Day to day activities along with development skills to deliver any new Requirements and Changes to meet our bank and business goals either by Core Functionalities or Application Development with Investigates and analyzes feasibility of system requirements and develops system specifications

JOB DESCRIPTION

Roles and Duties

• Banking Core banking professionals have experience in support of core banking solutions and integration of interface systems.
• Good understanding of Banking Functional Requirements Specifications and Software Requirements Specifications.
• Develop and communicate clear and actionable deliverables, or activities to be completed to relevant teams and departments.
• Assist the bank in performing necessary parameterization changes in T24 Coordinate Temenos Support team for any resolutions/Fixes or Changes.
• Identifying the processes and activities needs improvement and identifying and communicating the new workable process standards and best practices to approach those activities.
• Providing solutions/clarifications (solution in case of parameter changes/clarifications in case user understand)
• Provide support during the testing of the changes During the Change Life Cycle /"Project / CRs/"
• Sanity testing for fixes and parameterization changes
• Define Root Cause for Core related issues.
• Fix deployments, EOD support in case of issues encountered Function/Business Errors
• Maintain the Version Control and Documentation for the Deliverables.
• Work on Business Requirements on T24 like reviewing BRD, FSD, etc. and providing all clarifications required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Adhering to the Bank//'s internal policies and procedures
• Understanding with Multicompany Application Setup
• Full understanding about the Application Architecture
• Full understanding of Transact – T24 functional
• Excellent knowledge of Core Banking System and processes.
• 7+ years//' work experience in complex Core Banking systems
