Sr. QA/QC

We’re Hiring – QA/QC (Main Contractor Experience)

Experience Required: Minimum 6 years in a Main Contracting Company within the UAE

We are looking for a skilled QA/QC Engineer to join our team and ensure that all projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quality assurance and control across major building and infrastructure projects, preferably with a main contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) on site.
• Review and approve method statements, ITPs, and material submittals.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients for quality inspections and approvals.
• Ensure proper documentation of test reports, NCRs, and quality records.
• Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Support site teams in maintaining consistent quality performance throughout project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with a main contracting company in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, QA/QC procedures, and ISO standards.
• Excellent knowledge of project documentation, audits, and inspection processes.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Must be currently based in the UAE (applications from outside the UAE will not be considered).
