Sr. QA/QC Engineer (Oil & Gas – EPC Project)

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. QA/QC Engineer to join an EPC project in the Oil & Gas sector. The role will be based at the home office during the Engineering & Procurement phase and will transition to the site during Construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project-specific ITPs, WPS, and work procedures
• Review vendor documentation and participate in technical meetings
• Conduct vendor and internal quality audits
• Lead a multidisciplinary QA/QC team (Civil, Mechanical, E&I)
• Ensure compliance with project codes, standards, and specifications
• Conduct inspections, walk-downs, and ensure closure of punch points
• Monitor site activities and prepare quality reports
• Approve final quality dossiers

Technical Expertise Required:

• Welding, weld overlay, NDE, fabrication, painting, erection, piping, steel structures, static equipment
• ASME U & R Stamp certification inspections
• Proficiency in international codes and standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of Oil & Gas project experience
• CSWIP 3.2 Certification
• BGAS Grade 2 / Painting Inspection Certification
• ASNT Level II (RT, UT, MT, PT)

Preferred:

• ADNOC project experience
• ADNOC approval as Sr. QA/QC Engineer
• ISO 9001:2015 Auditor certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
