Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sr. QC Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Working closely with development and product teams, the Sr. QC Engineer will contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs and issues
• Analyze and report defects clearly, collaborating with developers to facilitate timely resolution
• Participate in review meetings and provide inputs on quality improvements
• Contribute to the design and implementation of automated test scripts and frameworks
• Ensure consistency in test documentation and adherence to quality standards
• Mentor junior QA engineers and support knowledge sharing within the team
• Work within Agile development environments to support iterative testing and delivery
  
  

Requirements

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum 3-5 years in software quality assurance, preferably in a senior role.

Technical Skills :

• Strong expertise in software testing methodologies, both manual and automated
• Proficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools like JIRA, TestRail
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus
