Job Vacant (URGENT REQUIRED):

Sr. QS/Technical Engineer for Consultant Technical Office / Civil or, Arch

· Experience 5 yrs in Building construction in UAE.

· Prepare & develop the particular specifications.

· Prepare the Finishing Schedules for different types of buildings.

· Create the BOQ items.

· Preparing the Tender documents.

· Respond on the Tenderers’ queries.

· issue the Post Tender Clarifications; PTC.

· Perform the commercial & the technical Analysis of bids/tenders.

· Suggest Value Engineering proposals.

· has the ability to direct his work team and share his experiences with them.

· Able to work independently as well as part of an effective team.

· Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
