Sr. Quality Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Core Java Selenium AWS GitHub Copilot TypeScript and Playwright along with domain knowledge in Commercial Prop - Policy Admin and Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that enhance our companys impact on the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the highest quality of software products. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues ensuring seamless integration and functionality. - Utilize Core Java and Selenium to automate test scripts enhancing efficiency and accuracy in testing processes. - Implement testing frameworks using TypeScript and Playwright to support robust and scalable test automation. - Leverage AWS services to manage and maintain testing environments ensuring optimal performance and reliability. - Utilize GitHub Copilot to streamline code development and improve collaboration within the team. - Analyze and report on test results providing actionable insights to improve product quality and user experience. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Property & Casualty Insurance testing. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality and maintainability. - Continuously explore and implement new testing tools and methodologies to stay ahead in the industry. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test strategies. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Contribute to the companys mission by ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Qualifications - - Possess strong expertise in Core Java and Selenium for test automation. - Demonstrate proficiency in AWS for managing testing environments. - Have experience with GitHub Copilot for efficient code development. - Show proficiency in TypeScript and Playwright for building testing frameworks. - Exhibit domain knowledge in Commercial Prop - Policy Admin and Property & Casualty Insurance. - Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
