Key Responsibilities
1. Quantity Surveying & Estimation
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates inclusive of rate analysis from drawings and specifications
- Verify and certify executed quantities at site
- Monitor variations and prepare revised quantities
- Support tendering and rate analysis
2. Billing & Payments
- Prepare and submit RA (Running Account) bills and final bills
- Check and certify sub-contractor bills
- Coordinate with client/PMC for bill approval
- Maintain billing records and measurement books (MBs)
3. Cost Control & Budgeting
- Track project costs vs budget
- Identify cost overruns and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain cost reports, cash flow statements, and MIS
- Assist in value engineering to optimize costs
4. Coordination & Site Support
- Coordinate with planning, execution, procurement, and accounts teams
- Ensure measurements align with approved drawings and specifications
- Attend project review meetings with clients and consultants
- Support audits and project close-out documentation
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain complete QS documentation for audits and handover
- Ensure accuracy and transparency in commercial records
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
