About the Role:

We are seeking a Research Analyst (No Data Analyst) with 1–5 years of experience (only) to join our team. This role involves conducting in-depth research, analyzing industry trends, and generating actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. It is focused on Non-IT industries and best suited for individuals with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct secondary and primary research on industries, companies, and markets.
• Collect and synthesize insights into research briefs, reports, and presentations.
• Use professional platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed to gather data on industries, competitors, and talent trends
• Support team members with client deliverables and proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, apollo.io, zoominfo and many more.
• Experience: 1–5 years in research, consulting, market intelligence, or related fields.
• Strong skills in secondary research, analysis, and report writing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to industry databases or market intelligence tools.
• Experience in preparing client-facing reports or presentations.
• Interest in policy analysis, market trends, and business strategy
