Ø Basis Responsibilities
Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience and competency with the following:

Capable of leading a team of assigned Risk & Safety engineers, checking the technical integrity of deliverables, delivering reports within allocated schedule and budget

Knowledge of International and local standards and Company standards including ADNOC, ARAMCO, Qatar Energy, NOC, Shell etc.

Fire, explosion, gas dispersion Consequence Analysis

Fire & Explosion Risk Analysis (FERA)

Building Risk Assessment (BRA)

Fire Risk Analysis (FRA)
-
Flare/ Vent Dispersion and Radiation studies.

Escape Evacuation and Rescue Analysis

Emergency System Survivability Analysis

Temporary Refuge Impairment Analysis

QRA study including event tree and fault tree analysis, boat collision risk, helicopter crash risk and ALARP demonstration/ cost benefit analysis.

Dropped Object studies

Ship Collision study

Emergency Response Plan (ERP)/ Pre-Incident Plan (PIP)

Development of Bow Ties, HSECES list, Performance Standards, Safety Critical Tasks
- Preparation COMAH/ HSE Case Report

- Experience of Human Factor Engineering, RAM, Functional Safety
